Counter-terrorism and the Global Impact were the foci of Briefings to which graduate students were privy at the United Nations on Friday 4 December 2015. Arranged by the Department of Public Information in conjunction with the College of Public and International Affairs, University of Bridgeport, students in the MA in Global Development, MA in Global Media and Communications Studies, and MA in East Asia and Pacific Rim Studies engaged in dialog with experts at the United Nations regarding matters of global importance.

The Briefings were given by Mr. Mattias Sundholm (Couter-Terrorism) and Dr. Sean Cruse (UN Global Impact). Both speakers invited discussion and questions, and addressed a wide range off issues and themes, all of current global importance.
